Nexus Prayer International and our website (“Site”) www.NexusPrayer.org (“Nexus Prayer”) and its affiliates provide their services and products to you subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Nexus Prayer, your agreement with Nexus Prayer will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in our Universal Terms of Service (“Agreement”) and as specified in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nexus Prayer in relation to your use of Nexus Prayer’s services (the “Services”). It is important that you take the time to read them carefully.
Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the Universal Terms of Service (“Agreement”) or (“Terms”). Nexus Prayer may, from time to time, modify, amend, or supplement these Terms, and post those changes on the Universal Terms of Service page. Nexus Prayer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change or modify the Terms of this agreement, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your use of this Site or the Services after such changes or modifications have been made shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement as last revised. If you do not agree to be bound by (or cannot comply with) these Terms as last revised, you agree that your sole remedy is to cease using the Services by cancelling your account. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms. In addition, Nexus Prayer may occasionally notify you of changes or modifications to this Agreement by email. It is therefore very important that you keep your user account (“Account”) information current. Nexus Prayer assumes no liability or responsibility for your failure to receive an email notification if such failure results from an inaccurate email address.
